Brother Errol's dedication to the ACLC has been both remarkable and inspiring. His regular presence allows him to nurture deep, personal relationships with many of the community's members, particularly those comprising the Leadership Community. Through his guidance, ACLC was able to rediscover its roots in Ignatian Spirituality, particularly through the difficulties of this transition year. The impact of Brother Errol's presence was also most espcially felt in the organization's apostolate. With his two-year experience in JVP and his present OSCI involvement, he became a key element in guiding the apostolate team of ACLC, allowing them to improve on their response to their call as contemplatives-in-action.
